How do mixtape names work?
So Far Gone is a status report: where the artist stood when the tape dropped. 10 Day is an era marker: the school suspension that produced the tape, counted. One convention reports the situation, the other stamps the time. What mixtape names mean is the document they sign, and the receipt under every draw reads it out.

Two of the six are timestamps. The mixtape is the only format where a bare number reads as a title.
Era markers, explained
Dates, streets, and spans turn the tape into a timestamp. 10 Day counts the school suspension that produced it. 1999 stamps the birth year the artist raps about. The series marks (Vol. 2, Side B, Reloaded) do the same work across a run of tapes: they say this document belongs to a series, and here is where it sits. An album avoids timestamps on purpose, because an album wants to feel timeless. A mixtape wears them, because its value is that it was true then.
